Recently a couple of my friends went to Lowe's to get rope for the Ring Toss game for our Christmas in July event July 22nd...After Alex cut 7 pieces of Rope he started Working on a piece of rope...got both ends hot so they would Fuse together in a circle! Anita told him what we were doing...Alex did this on his own! We have a picture on Muncie Heavenly Angels if anyone would like to see Alex doing his good deed for the community :) Thanks Alex!
Four months and 13,000 dollars and the job is still incomplete. Will not be using again, unless it's to buy materials to make a sign to warn my neighbors not to use lowes pro services.
Worst customer service ever... employees didn't seem to care we needed assistance and God help you if you need to make an exchange.

I Do Not recommend buying nor do I recommend it being installed by Lowes outsourced company. From the time I walked into the store to the 3 week wait for them to fix mistakes on my flooring. The store employees, department managers and the instsllation staff were the most unprofessional people that I have ever seen. If anyone wants more information about my experience hit me up on here. I would be happy to warn you about Lowes
Manager just hung up on me after your store failed to deliver my new $700+ range today. Invoice number 35569. I'm returning the range and other items I bought that day as well. This is not the way to treat a person who has bought their last 2 washer, dryers, & refrigerators from you plus new kitchen cabinets! Luckily, Menards has 11% rebate this week so their price on them range is $666.61.
