Last night I went there to get a cordless drill I ask an older gentleman that works there where I could find the cordless drills? His response in a smart-ass way was we have them all over the place here,there, everywhere? I could get that help at Walmart thanks for nothing! I'll just go to the internet! Muncie Lowes this put a bad taste in my mouth like horseshit no wonder stores are going out of business with help like this!
Don’t get me started! Emailed the CEO and mailed hard copy to him. Product is good. Service terrible. They were not and have not been upfront with me. Ultimate Home Services is not much better. Buy local!
We were in the muncie store and asked one of the employees about a item and he said I don't even know what that is and walked away...VERY RUDE..We will shop at Menards..I called the store and asked for a manager and it wasn't the general manager just a assit.I guess he didn't care..you just lost another customer.
Ordered two items for Christmas. One was delivered, the other was marked delivered. So I called to see what was up with that. It was actually cancelled by Lowe's because it was out of stock. I received no notice - no call, email or anything. Nothing on MyLowe's account. No credit either. Had to have them do that on the phone. Now I have to return the other item as they are useless without each other. I will probably have to call to get that credited too. I'll stick to Lowe's for nails and screws. I have made my last purchase at Lowe’s. I had a terrible experience buying flooring for my dad’s kitchen. And when a customer service gal rolled her eyes when I asked her to count the supplies because I was short 2 pieces that was the last straw for me. I was told one thing and ended up being something different from 2 different salesmen. No more! Menard’s will get my business.

We bought carpet for our living room six months ago, and within two days it w started to run and snag. Every time we vacuumed, it worsened. We reported it, and after five months, they finally approved the reinstall of said carpet. We did not want the same carpet as before, so we paid the difference, and they said we will hear from the installers within 48hrs...that's two weeks ago. Now I feel ripped off twice. Had our kitchen remodeled and the cabinets and countertops look great. The cabinet installer was not professional. Damaged the walls and ceiling. Requested another person come out to fix it but they sent the same guy and wasn't fixed to our satisfaction. Afraid to say anything because we figure theyll send the same company out again.
