I purchase a stove and microwave on 04/13/18. Was told it could not be delivered until 05/03/18. I found someone to pick it up for me. Called lowe's to inform them that I now had someone to pick it up and they were not able to locate the items, told me they would call me back when they located them. I spent over an hour on the phone and they kept hanging up on me. They acted ass if it was my fault they could not locate them
Went to buy new flooring for our whole entire house. Needed help in the flooring department. Asked several people for help but it wasn't their department. Went to customer service and explained we'd been waiting in flooring for 30 minutes for help and no one around. Asked could they please send someone and they said yes. 20 more minutes and still no help! Complained to a manager and again waited but still no help! We left and went to Home Depot! Lowes floor people are always so nice and helpful. I know where everything is because I am in there so much. I love to paint. I have painted my whole house inside and out. Now I am remodeling my master bath. they are always asking if they can help. The only thing I don't like is there return policy. I try to buy a few things ahead of time when there are on sale.
