This location has a terrible customer service department and even worse management! We ordered a refrigerator to be picked up, it supposedly couldn’t be found though it was there. Then one manager said it would be delivered because they couldn’t get to it at that time and nothing happened. Do not use their installation service for electrical , very poor service and very poor installation. I am now having to call a master electrician to fix what Handy did.
Friday June 19 2020 I placed an online order for a gift for my father for fathers day on Sunday. I received my conformation email that said purchase was ready that day. In the morning i drove to my local Lowe’s store in Albany, Ga to pick it up. I parked in the online curbside pickup spot and called the number on the sign. I have shopped at Lowe's for many years. Always appreciated the helpful, knowledgeable staff. But what has happened? I have ordered twice from the online then pick up in store and have been very disappointed in the way the staff treats their customers. Today I waited while 5 employees were in the returns/pick up area. Only on person was waiting on customers. She was answering the phone, waiting on customers, and she was a trainee! Very rude employees...who wants to shop somewhere when the people are being rude.
Poor atmosphere with very rude and unprofessional employees. We will shop at Home Depot.
Poor service and rude employees in certain departments. I will not be using Lowe’s anymore each time I leave more disappointed than the last and it is just pathetic. I will now be going to Home Depot for all my household needs/ repairs, they just lost hundreds of dollars in business from me. Home Depot will now be installing my carpets and providing us with paint as well.
