Lowe’s in general has very rude workers and very poor customer service. No one ever knows where anything is nor are they willing to help you find it. Horrible customer service in Tifton and Albany especially
heard one of the workers had covid 19 and they made them work the day and still calling in people to work at the albany GA location
I bought a new wheelbarrow and it works very well
We were looking for an ELBerta Peach Tree. According to internet Lowe's in Albany had them in stock. Called to verify this. Associate said we have 3 ELBerta Peach Trees in stock. Told him that we would be there in 2 hours. He said that he would set them aside. We drove 100 miles. When we got there they could not be found and associate had gone to lunch at 10:30. 100 miles back home. Very POOR customer service.
