I bought a Ryobi pressure washer surface cleaner this past spring and first one was defective,I returned it and exchanged for another one and it too quit working after couple hours use...don't use my pressure washer except in the spring so didn't bother taking the defective surface cleaner back until today...Lowes customer service at the store tells me they now have a 30 day limit on returned items.....I called their national customer service and was told they had a policy of no returns after 90 days and "it was etched in st... read more
I love Lowe’s home improvement store in Tifton Georgia better and so does my husband and children thanks however Lowe’s in Albany Georgia have such awesome deals on backyard fire place grills and gazebo as well as backyard furniture I couldn’t pass up the deals
I do not recommend Lowes in Albany. They are there for the check. Went in to get mortar for the floor. Asked guy in that dept a question, I don't know about that. I go to a cluster of employees, the man in flooring doesn't know about flooring, we need help. Duh. One followed me, said I don't know. my hubby said the floor man is on a fork lift, well he needs to wait on customers. He finally drags around with a tude & I don't know. The customer service desk is infested with gnats and mosquitos. It’s worse than any outdoor environment.
Poorest Customer Service of any Lowe's I've been in. I left and went to Tractor Supply.
I am not very happy with Lowes , m &w carpet installers or Shaw right now. I have been trying to get this problem worked out since last November and now Lowes has just made it worse !
Don’t buy carpet from Lowe’s and expect an enjoyable experience. Was told by three people not to go to Lowe’s but I did it any ways!! Lesson learned!! Can’t even get a manager to talk to you or get a return phone call!! I will go across the street to Home Depot from now on!!
