I purchased 24 bags (1.5cu ft. each) of soil and asked if they would send someone to help me load the soil. The counter person obliged and said she would call someone while I move my truck to the side gate. After waiting 10 minutes, I called Lowe's myself and asked them to send someone because clearly she did not. I waited another 5 minutes before two gentlemen showed up. Worst place I've ever been in customer service is absolutely terrible can't get anyone to help you they walk through tools you can't get to him but no one is there to unlock them hate it do not recommend going will never return
I can not say enough about this store and it's employees. Yesterday they saved me from frustration by helping me find what I needed with calm attitudes and smiles. I love this store and will be a loyal customer from this day on.
Piss poor experience, was looking for wooden shelf brackets, or corbels, clerk tried to tell me they were with decorative shelf brackets, they were not. She did not know where the corbels were located and would not get me help locating them. Went to Home Depot and found them right away with help from a knowledgeable clerk. Doubt if I will go back to Lowes
I had such an amazing experience with the lowes in bend! I purchased a brand new washer and dryer and a few days later the washer was not working properly. I called them they set me up RIGHT away with a delivery date of a new one! They ordered a brand new one from the warehouse and less than a week later they came picked up the old one and installed the new one within 30 minutes! It was a great experience!
