You don't have decent people working for you. Whoever does your hiring should be the 1st people you replace.
Purchased high grade pressure treated lumber for my deck railing last September from Lowes and had it delivered to Sunriver. Once it arrived, there were many poor quality boards. Lumber manager from Lowes came out and saw for himself, and replace at least 50%. Built the railing and stained before Winter. Now by this Spring installed 2x6s are twisting and lifting and 2x4s are splitting/peeling on the the wood grain. Don't buy a pre-lit Christmas tree from Lowes. They go bad after a year or two and the company that imports/warranties them (LGC) (Lowe's does not honor the warranty.) is a fly by night that has a horrible reputation. Now we have an expensive pre-lit tree with unlit sections and no one to stand by the warranty. :'(
If you have something that needs loaded into a vehicle it’s like pulling teeth and they are incompetent as hell and just expect you to figure stuff out on your own
We just got home from another great trip to Lowe's with all 3 of our puppies. I just wanted to say a big "Thank You" to the employees who always greet the furbabies and make them feel special!
