Very disappointed in Lowe's. I bought my major appliances from them on black Friday with the promise of a gift card. The receipt even had the information and rebate address with a form to complete. Sent it in and now they are saying the appliances qualified but don't qualify because of a loophole they found. Offer a discount and don't bother to tell your customers they won't qualify.. way to find that loophole. Wonder how many others they got like this? Home Depot.. here we come for all of our other needs
We just had our new refrigerator delivered and had the nicest delivery men that were also military veterans they thanked my husband for his service and were so nice to give our twin grandbaby (2 year olds) a high five and fist bump. Thank you LOWES SOUTH and please thank both Derek and An.
they hired a vet with a service dog who couldn't get a job... support them good people
This purchase from 11/28 continues to be a complete nightmare. Lowe's has botched everything from the original order to deliveries to bizarre "free installation" process to the credit card. No backups on the additional parts ordered to replace ones that didn't show up in time, no invoice, no credit card transaction papers - and nobody knows anything. Awful,awful, awful.
I had & still having the worst experience In my life with lowes... I would never shop there again & I will make sure that all my friends avoid shopping there as well.
