tried to order a bathroom countertop. 2.5 weeks later gave up and asked for a refund of m\the $35 we spent to have someone come measure. Store gave me the run around. terrible. There's a Home depot down the street. Lowes makes it easy to decide where to shop

This is the WORST Lowes I've ever been too!!! This location is why �I love Home Depot� I wish someone from corporate would secret shop this location. Really, it's insane how the employees treat the customers. A direct reflection of poor management!!!
1 Star because they didn't offer anything lower. Just bought a 200.00 grill. The lowes worker almost cried because of getting a little water on his t-shirt from a light rain sprinkle. He got aggravated when I wouldn't take the first grill he unlocked due to the bottom being all dented up. Before we could even roll it to my truck he ran inside so my wife & I loaded it. No big deal wasn't that heavy. Just pitiful service.
