lowes is by far the worse contractor ever and heres why. I paid in full for 28 windows to be installed. I was told a contractor would come do measurements and never did they show up, I took a day off work for them just to be a no show, but figured it was miscommunication, they did it again; this time having my mom house sit and wait for the contractor who never showed up. the applicance department is ridiculous no help i had to ask like 5 different people and no one knew anything
The customer service at this location is the worst I have encountered in a very long time. This store used to be one of our favorite places to shop, but after this last fiasco, I highly doubt we will be back.

I was in Lowe's today with my husband Greg, and we were looking for a battery for our generator. We had been to several places in Abilene with no luck, including Lowe's. The lady we asked if Lowe's carried the battery (Lacey) saw our frustration, and hopped online to do some searching for us. She found a local store for us that carried it, called them to verify they had it in stock and asked them to hold one for us.
