This is the WORST Lowes I've ever had the misfortune to shop at. It might help if there was any employee in the store to help you find anything in the maze of junk in the aisles. Carts won't even fit through. I had to call from my cell inside the store to get the operator to find someone to help order custom high dollar merchandise. I'll be taking my business elsewhere!!!!
My mother is almost 80 years old and does not get out much. Twice recently she went to your store to purchace a washing machine first, then a refridgerator. She could not get service either time. The people working there never came to help her. She had to continue shopping elsewhere, when she would have rather bought it there, arranged for delivery, and go home. She did purchase those items, but not from your store. This happened in the Piedmont area of South Carolina.
Clay & Charlotte just helped me find the most perfect shade of "Tiffany & Co." blue/green paint for a bedroom/bath remodel. Such great service & sweet puppy pats! Keep up the good work!!
Paid 249.00 for a dehumidifier that didn't even last 6 months called the store they said only 90 days. So disappointed
It's after 10pm and I live close to this store. Our kids are trying to sleep and you hear nothing but yelling from employees and extremely large objects being dropped into a dumpster keeping everyone awake. This has been happening for a couple of weeks now. The sound of fork lifts and screaming people aren't very pleasant in the middle of the night.
Love this place. It is the best in the world. Thank you for all you do for our veterans. Will always do business with you.
