I've been here an hour already and still waiting for drywall and 10 2x4's because no one knows how to drive a forklift. There are 3 employees loading bricks into a truck and no one is able to help us until they are done. This is ridiculous. Not sure when I will get home to start working.

I am so not happy with this store, back on April 18 2015 I order a Bilco door was told It would be in at a week to ten days. Ok, so I call a week later, not in "should be in this week" I was told, then that Friday (two weeks past when I ordered) was told it wasnt ordered. It's now going on four weeks still no door. I then I get a voice mail asking me if I still want it. What is going on?! All I want is my door, it should not take that long to get it. Internet order was not really and took 40 minutes and at one had the doors blocked delivering dry wall to a pile at front doors took another ten no time saved going to report to corporate
