Only 2 checkout lines open in that huge store!!! Self check out wasn’t even open!! 8-12 people in each line. Dropped & left- will not return. Oh- plenty of other employees chatting, talking on phones, etc
Just spent almost an hour in the store trying to get an employee to cut the Closet Maid wire shelving. They announced it over the loud speaker four times.....no one came to help. Took my concern to the customer service desk twice and all they could do was shake their heads and put it over the loud speaker again. Waited patiently for over 50 minutes. Why have curbside pick up if NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE?! Ended up having to go in the store anyway... defeats the purpose of CURBSIDE PICK UP
Went to your store on 10/8/19 just to buy air filters for my HVAC. All of the self checkouts were closed and only one cashier was open and there was 10 people in line. The cashier experienced an issue with a mans transaction. She requested a manager and another cashier for help. She had to go over the loudspeaker twice before the manager finally showed up. She asked for a manager override and help with the line building up. The manager word for word said “You could have done the override yourself and that ain’t my problem.” ... read more
Christmas stuff in September?? That’s Ridiculous. And the people are rude
Trying to find a belt for a Craftsman riding mower has been a nightmare. No help, husband went to customer service desk to see if they could help and couldn’t get the lady to understand he didn’t want a refund, no help on the floor. We are done
Lines way too long and no cashiers opened up to help get lines down, despite multiple Lowe’s employees standing around checkout area.
