This store is the worst. No help and when you ask someone to help they try not to make eye contact and walk away. Chase (an employee near lumber) is terrible- knows nothing about lumber pretends to help and walks away! Employees here know nothing about the store and the contents and customer service!! Unfortunately kind of stuck to use them for certain things. But total Big store mentality 0 Customer Service!! Steer clear!
4 people standing around and only 1 working the register. We are told by a worker to go to self checkout and girl can scan our items since we had all very large items (vanity, tub etc). Girl complained the entire time. Mad that she had to manually (gasp) type in the item numbers. We got so fed up with her attitude we left and went to another register. Everyone else was so helpful and pleasant. She needs to be fired. She has no customer service skills.
Ordered 2 exterior doors at the beginning of September. Paid for install as well. Paid everything up front. Haven't received anything to date. No one can tell me a damn thing. I think I need to look into my legal options as a consumer.
