nobody work here. i waited and waited. but i saw people on the phone so I left. nobody was in plumbing. nobody ask me if I needed help. so im going to home depot this is why Amazon is taking over business because nobody wants to work
not good customer service. They said they have there own way of doing things. I told them that I have mine as well. I will take my business somewhere else. The manager said they don't care.

We went to Lowe’s to get our bathroom floor replaced. They had a contractor come out to give an estimate. The guy comes today jackhammers our floor and discovers it’s a wet floor that the estimator never picked up. The guy took his jackhammer and we’re left with this. Have had to call Lowe’s 6 times today with no satisfaction
Terrible customer service. Managers ‘unavailable’ to address concerns. Significantly understaffed. Even took the time to email and call their corporate headquarters and STILL no acknowledgement. Go somewhere else.
Awful customer service. I called for an update on an order I placed online for a fridge. The man in the Appliances Dept literally HUNG UP on me because he had to go to a "meeting". Um what?! This is an actual store?! Unbelievable. I was going to order another fridge through them, but not now. Just awful.
This is a bunch of shit. My first post was blocked. So Lowe's blocks out unwanted posts. Not a real review site. I'll go on YELP
Terrible first time delivery experience. Brought in the wrong refrigerator. Took 40 minutes to find one that was the same as mine but not actually mine while the food I took out of my fridge sat out for almost 3 hours. While they were looking for my fridge on the truck, never once came in to tell me what was going on. Plugged it in but I had to unpack it before putting my food in it. Very unhappy. �
