The Lowes in Ruston, LA told me that I had to pay $35.00 to have them come out and measure my window for a special made mini blind. I explained to me that I was replacing a special size and I could just bring it in the store to size. They said NO, will let me tell you what $35 will get you....nothing. A guy came and measured my bay window for a $145 special blind. It will not get the guy to install it. Very miss leading. This store has gone to the dogs in the last year. No one knows anything that is if you can find them.
