Service sucked! 5 boys(employees) standing in circle on very last isle doing absolutely nothing for 15 mins or longer. Had to ask for help, only one came. We had to reach about head high to retrieve 8 16' 2x10's stacked them on a buggy, he walks off and leaves me to push them heavy sobs by myself. Nobody helped me load them on my trailer, nobody.
Garden section is always helpful. Paint section not so much. 3 employees chatting about their lifes. I was standing at front counter they didn't move. Walked right by them twice trying to find metallic paint in 32 oz jar. Gave up walked out. Going to Sherwin Williams.
Every single time i have them pull lumber for me it is either not pulled when I go to pick up or it is wrong when I pick it up and management can care less. Their solution to make you happy is discount discount. How about getting it right for a change.
Horrible experience with this Lowes. Purchased flooring for my entire home in Jan 2017. As of today they have not completed the job. They hire a third party for the install. This company is horrible. Half the time they don't answer the phones and never call you back. Twice they have been scheduled to come out but never showed up. Lowes admitted the company is bad but they continue to use them.
OMG love LOWES!!! But I see the one in Ruston is going down. Workers are not as friendly. They don’t ask can we help you and seem disturbed if you ask for help, but that has not stopped me from shopping there. I could stay in there for hours. Ruston LOWES get it together! I have a kitchen remodel to do.
My husband, my 11 year old daughter and myself made the short drive to Ruston from El Dorado to get paint. We were greeted at the paint counter by a young lady named Roberta. She was amazing. Very outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only was she very helpful but she took time with my daughter, showed her how they mixed paint and told her some of the aspects of her job.
