I don't claim to be all of the solution, but I am joining the team at Lowe's and I have 25 years of customer service to my credit. We all understand that they have policies and rules that employees must follow. But with that being said, I intend to make improvements in customer service to all that have visited our buisness. And I know that management is of the same accord . And taking positive steps to make improvements in customer service every day to make Lowe's the first place you think about when making home improvements
Never ever order from them horrible customer service items were due to all be here Tuesday only thing showedup was r30 where is rest of my 1800 order? Several calls they promised Tuesday then promised wed nope not here was told when last called they would get it figured out and call me back in an hour that lady was on lunch at 5:11pm? Store closes 9 pm I call back 7pm nope still not back bunch of lies coming out of their mouths, informed them about importance of having items because of electrician needing to install. Ruston Lowes customer service is nonexistent. Just another reason to shop your local owned business, even if you have to wait for a special order.
Absolutely the worst customer service on the planet. Seriously, why offer in store pick up if there is never ANYONE available to find your order and bring it out?
Went to clerk to page someone to help me in the yard light area, after 20 minutes nobody responded. I bought the item and told her nobody came, she said they don't have much help on Sunday's.
