RecommendedI have to give a special thank you/shout out to our Lowes here in Ruston! I have LIVED in there for the past couple months between several big and small jobs for my house, and the employees have been INCREDIBLY helpful in that time. Don’t even think of calling this place cause no one will answer been on hold forever maby they need a dial 7 for break room
Lowe's in Ruston saw fit to fire an associate who has worked there for more than 2 years because he didn't go to work for an extended period of time. He didn't go to work because he has Covid19, and is still fighting it. He tried to make contact, but was only able to notify a supervisor. Yhat supervisor did not relay the message, or the upper management simply did not care. This man has worked through the Covid19 pandemic until he caught the virus, and they fired him for it. Absolutely disgraceful.
Horrible, one cashier on duty with a store full of people. I literally stood in a line that was so long that I couldn’t even see the cashier. That is just plain irresponsible and inconsiderate to the patrons.
I walked in and I asked the team member where a couple items were he personally walked me he said we were each item was and helped me out. And he appeared to be happy to do it by his demeanor. Some people you can tell that you’re a bother to them but not this individual and I wished I knew his name.
Because the Ruston, Louisiana store doesn't have gas dryers in stock..and I needed a dryer in less than 7 days
No help at all. Was in there for a while and not once asked if I needed help.
