I placed an order for pickup for something we needed quickly. At this point it just seems safer to do pickup versus in person shoping. The system didn't provide a pickup time. I called the store just to get an ETA as to when the order might be filled. I offered to just go in and get the purchase myself instead. Did curbside pickup today for 1 item. No wait to get a response and for the associate to get my order #. However, it took 40 minutes to get my item brought out to me. The associate doing pickup was slow as molasses and didn’t have any sense of urgency to get it taken care of. I only shop at this store because it’s close to home...otherwise, I wouldn’t! Looking for a table saw and Lowe’s online says that the Thomasville store had one. I called to try and get some information about it. Seeing how big the box was that it’s packaged in. The guy automatically said he didn’t have any. I told him the web said they had one. Rudely the guy raised his voice saying, “I don’t have any”. He didn’t even bother to look.
We changed out our toilet the other day and had a few things left over. Well today I went and tried to get the money back to get more things and the lady at the customer service desk was so so rude to me. We ordered ceramic tile over 1 month ago. We still do not have the tile that we ordered. Of course the manager is not in the store to discuss this issue with. What is a poor man to do ?
