RecommendedIt is hard to find people to help you some times, but they are very helpful once you do. I am in the store at least 1 time a week and have no earth shattering complaints.

Buyer beware!!! I paid for a service to come out and measure my countertops, The measurements are then input into the computer so that when you go to Lowe’s you can order your countertops. I went to Lowe’s Wednesday evening to purchase new countertops a new sink and a new faucet only to find out no one was working in that department that night and no one else could help ,nor could they go in the computer and give me my measurements. Employee morale is very low and it shows. I long ago ceased asking for help. If I can't find it, then I don't buy it. It actually came to the point that I did not go into Lowe's unless I had no other choice. It seems as if they put the unhappiest employees at the customer service desk. Since the manager Jackie is there place is terrible, she very rude, very unprofessional, doesn’t try to help, will raise voice at you roll eyes, I do not recommended Lowe’s while a manger acts like that.
Very unhelpful and backhanded with getting you the appliances you purchase. Willing to help to make a sale but then not willing to find your products when you still don’t have them after 5 weeks
it's pretty sad and pathetic when you cant get anyone to help you load 30 bags of mulch, then an employee walks up with a cart, and starts loading onto it, and you ask "where were you 10 minutes ago" and his response is "oh this is for my house" and to top it off, another employee walks up and helps him, while we're STILL trying to finish getting our 30 bags, so then we have to wait on them, because clearly we're in the way, and once they get the 10 bags loaded, they both walk away. never offered to help, nothing. so I'm won... read more
