do not have them install anything I was told originally install would be 150 for a storm door, then paid $45 to have them measure, then told install would be over $350 for install and cant get the measurement fee back for not wanting to pay for double the price I was told I will be going with someone else and not dealing with lowes again, should have stuck with home depot, also was told it would be up to 4 business days for the guy to measure and he didn't come till 3 weeks later
I could not believe what I witnessed today at this location!!! in the seasonal department there was a younger girl and an older man both workers, literally arguing! I had to leave the area with my 6 year old!! then I witnessed one lady literally down and talk totally disrespectful to another lady, in the windows area again bother workers, to the point the poor girl put her head down and walked away abt to cry!! Good customer service and check out experience.
My husband and I bought an expensive dishwasher and had been told the installer, Bret Fisher, would call us within 2 or 3 days to set up a time. After waiting 6 days, we began to try to get the problem solved. I went to the store and had to make a number of phone calls. After a week passed without the call from Mr. Fisher to schedule an installment time. My husband went to Lowes to get our money back. So disappointed. We are traveling to Home Depot tomorrow to buy a dishwasher. What an incredible waste of valuable time going... read more
I wanted to buy an artificial Christmas tree but the one I wanted wasn’t displayed on the floor. I had great help from Sean who double checked to make sure it wasn’t on the floor and then took one out of a box for me to look at. Then he helped me bring it to my car and loaded it into my car. Shoutout to Sean and the Manitowoc Lowe’s crew!
We special ordered a dishwasher on sale. It was defective when we opened the box. It was returned that same day. Your store offered to order order a replacement dishwasher of the same model. Only we would have to pay the higher non sale price. This is a ridiculous policy. This is your fault, but the customer should pay higher? I will never buy a another product at any of your stores. See you at Home Depot.
We purchased appliances and our problem was with the delivery. Every time they birng them they are dented. The driver told us he pointed it out to one of the managers and he said to deliver it any way. We are now on refrigerator #3 and waiting for stove #3. And the manager Ann has yet to call me back! I don't think we will be shopping at lowes!
