All I wanted was a gallon of paint. After 10 min of asking for help someone came that didn't know how to operate the program. When I asked if staff was on lunch and should I come back I was told they were cutting blinds????? She still wanted to try and help. No thanks I want quality mixing ... Went to Menard's.
Their flooring department is horrible to deal with and can not seem to even do their job. I got screwed big time from them. I will never spend another dime in this store!!!
Have been paying my credit card payments with chamber bucks for the past 4 years. It can be quite frustrating when the cashier at the service desk says you don't take them as a payment. Last week I made four individual, $25 payments totalling $100, with chamber bucks. Today I was told chamber bucks are not accepted. Im thinking they might be getting them confused with Script? Either way, I really wish this would get addressed with all employees. Or maybe a sticky note up on the service desk saying chamber bucks are accepted.... read more
Worst experience I've ever had. Washer was supposed to be Delivered two weeks after we ordered and when it came time they said it would be 2 more weeks. When they delivered my washer they flooded my laundry room into the basement. Broke my bedroom door and handle. And the Samsung front loader we got is a defective washing machine. And we have to get a new one. When we called the store to speak to the sales lady she told us we don't have store managers.
I have gone to Lowes Many times.... The staff is Very friendly, and really knows their stuff!!! We had gotten all new appliances for our remodel and are working with then currently to rectify a small problem... other than that I will be going back to get more building supplies for our addition we are adding on!!!
Just an FYI for anyone who is remodeling their kitchen. Do not go to Lowe's for your counter top. I ordered mine from them on June 17. Was told they would be here on the 7th of July. I went in on the 7th thinking they would be there. They were not. I was told they are waiting on they supplier and that it would be the 17th and that they would call me when it came in. The 17th came and went with no call. Do I called them today July 20th to see if my counter top came in. I was then told it is going to be another 2 weeks and sho... read more
