There were 4 people working in appliances. 3 were sitting down at a table talking to eachother and 1 was searching online for misc home decor. Not one acknowledged us walking around and looking at refridgerators. Spoke to the lady when we were leaving but she didn't seem to care that we had a poor experience.
I do not, DO NOT, recommend Lowe's in Manitowoc, WI. They do not stand behind their products, they pass the buck to the manufacturers, and offer abysmal discounts to "compensate" for a horrible experience. I won't work with them again. I suggest you don't either. Find a local company, a local manufacturer, a local craftsman for the products and services you need. Pitiful performance.
First time at Lowes. Tonight I drove from Sheboygan to purchase some Dewalt power tools for Concept Motors and I received above & beyond customer service from Tracy and the Manager on duty. Thank you! I will definitely be back!
Two separate appliance purchases, both free delivery within 2 days, hauled off old, and great prices!!
Was one worker in flooring area, after 5 minutes he disappeared. When I needed to special order flooring, had to look all over the store to find a person. Had to resort to yelling "Hello" in the store. Finally another associate came over and was totally rude. Wouldn't listen to what ideas I had and totally tried to rush me through. She was just really pushy and had super poor customer service. Will never go back to Lowe's for anything.
