Steph at the Customer Service desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to help us verify and secure specific items prior to our hour drive to the store. Thanks to her help, we are able to complete our project. And, the help we received when we got to the store was fantastic, too! Thank you!

Having a salesman walking around trying to sell gutters in what appeared to be a Lowe's uniform is NOT cool. I was in a hurry to get in and get out. Other patrons I saw did NOT like being bothered as well. The salesman was very polite, HOWEVER, there is Amazon and I can easily get what I need without being hussled. Not cool and greatly impacts my decision on whether or not I'll drive an hour to shop this location.
Theresa in lawn and garden was delightful! She was great to my kids, and was helpful with the questions I had. Awesome experience with her!
Lowes and Home Depot just lost any future sales from me. Im sick of being put out because of their unwillingness to hire employees. Prices go up and service and quality go down
