Waited over 45 minutes for help with a door... unacceptable!!!
We had the same experience so many seem to have had. Went in to purchase/arrange for installation of an over the range microwave. Got told we needed to pay 35 dollars to have a guy from gas logs and udder things come out to check it out, but that would come off our installation fee. He came out today and barely looked at it -literally wasn't here two minutes- said it was beyond their capabilities (we're changing out a range hood to a microwave, not brain surgery) and left. We tried calling Lowes to complain, they kept hangin... read more

Don't go here and expect anything to be done correctly. Nothing but one issue after another. Even after a corporate complaint, they can't even handle refunding the amount owed back to the customer. Ive worked in customer service for yrs, no excuse for how they handle things. Will never go back here again, I'd rather drive an hr to get to a home depot, or anywhere, than spend another penny here.
