Joe came in quickly identified and fixed the problem. He lined up a plumber to come out today to fix a secondary issue he detected. He went above and beyond showing respect and courtesy in my home. He explained what was going on and what he was doing. In addition he upgraded our thermostat. Customer service at its best !!!
Regular customer. No service charge and no charge at all. Garbage disposal loose but still good
Manuel was a very nice guy.He was thorough in looking at my problem and he explained what was wrong in detail I was very happy with him.
The customer service person was courteous and the technicians called first and arrived on time. The techs were friendly, knowledgable and professional. They told me all the options but were not pushy in trying to upsell me.
The weather was too bad for Chris to get on the roof Saturday, so he rescheduled me for Tuesday! He called to let me know when to expect him. He was thorough and I was impressed at how careful he was with his tools. He showed me what the problem was and suggested some proactive things I could do. The price was right. Chris is a good embassador for Lowery's.
