I recently had some work done at my house. Everyone did excellent. From Lucas, Julius who did the actual plumbing to Hector who did the back-fill and finally Javiel who redid the MBR floor. Javiel left the floor as it was before he put hole on it so plumbing work could be done. Everyone gets a five star as far as work, ethics, friendliness and professionalism.

My dates were incorrect it was 4/2 they came out which was Friday and 4/3 is when we had to call a different plumber

We called Lowery and made an appointment to come out on 4/3/2021 to unclog our guest toilet. They called me at 8:34 am as I was on my way to work but my husband was home, so I informed him it was good to go to my house. He came in to see what the problem was and told my husband seals needed to be put under the toilet , didn’t remove the toilet to clarify that. Beware! This company took advantage of my widowed mother. They promised a 10 year warranty and maintenance plan that includes filter changes (which she called and told me about at the time- so no, she’s not just making it up or misunderstanding- she even clarified at the time of installation ). They have never provided the maintenance as promised and now conveniently have no record of the maintenance that was promised. Affordable, fast service with excellent financing options and after care. I highly recommend this company. The guys who came out and replaced my unit were professional and very thorough. I couldn't be happier.

I had a water heater that need replaced..It was in a really tight corner in a very small space.. After replacing it ourselves the last time we knew how difficult it was . Called around and got some estimates.. theirs was best ...The 2 guys had it out and new one in so quick. Very professional , polite, and definetly knew what they were doing.. would highly recommend them ...

The tech that came out did so later on in the evening. He was the on call tech, and had told me the original tech assigned to job had called me twice with no answer. Long story short, I received no call. This is the second time I've had this particular tech out to my house. Once last summer when the coil went out. He came and delivered a charge of freon every day until the new coil could be put in. Being on call, and having to go out that late in the evening for a non emergency, can certainly be frustrating.
