The facilities available are also useful in treating trauma cases as well as mild to serious surgical procedures. Adjacent parking is also available and ambulances along with paramedics are always ready to dash off for an emergency.

Don’t go to this Medical Center unless you have a lot of disposable income. My son went in there for a cough and I got a $2400 bill!! A COUGH! They did many unnecessary tests to drive up the bill. Do yourself a favor and go to an urgent care.
From ER registration to triage nurse to Dr Sweeney XR tech, to savanna the discharge nurse. My friend suffers from mental and physical disabilities, she was seen promptly, tests were ordered and results were quickly given with instructions highlighted for at home care. Very professional and caring.
RecommendedI went to the Lower Keys Medical Center after a visit to Urgent Care for Xrays that indicated my left foot was severely broken. Was in the Keys for a vacation which required ER, admission and emergency surgery. I was treated like royalty by all staff… Linda a 2 day traveler was caring and amazing. Dr. Davidoff was the problem We waited 3 hours for 20 seconds of his time. $40 cab ride and an ER bill for NOTHING! The first thing we told him when we arrived was, " we tested my husband for covid and he was negative." The Doc took 3 hours to tell us my husband tested negative for COVID. The Doctor, if you would even call him that, gave my husband some Motrin and sent him on his way. Horrible provider!
I have been going to LKMC since August where I was diagnosed with Covid, since then I have had to go back a few times because of complications. Each time I have gone the staff are pretty sympathetic to my case until yesterday when I had to interact with Dr Sanchez, he made me feel like I was there as a drug seeker when all my doctor wanted me to get was a chest X-ray in hopes to find out why my blood oxygen was so low and to see if the pneumonia was clearing up. My little 2 years old daughter has been for more than 3 half hours in the ER 3 half hours and still waiting there insane the worse hospital
This is a bad employer! They went not organized when I got there. I flew down to do orientation and start work they didn’t notify me that they moved me back a week! Then when I got there they didn’t tell me I had a certain color scrub! I spent $300+ on scrubs! Also in the job description it doesn’t state that as a tech you are on call! Poor management, poor hr!
