Completely deceptive business practice! Quoted a trade in value then offered a low ball price saying they had no control over the pricing tool on thier own web site. The managers response to getting called on his BS was to start yelling... What a total jerk! Completely deceptive business practice to advertise a car as certified pre owned and hide in the fine print that CPO is a $2000 adder... Don't waste your time!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Not a single good thing to say about Nourse Chillicothe Family of Dealerships. Bought a 2015 Silverado and have nothing but problems, 30/50 days in the shop, sent to 4 different shops to find out its all 8 injectors. Now they won’t pay! $2000 C’MON
