Had a friend take her vehicle in to have the seatbelt replaced, which was covered under warranty, according to the previous conversation with the employee. Would take an hour and a half to fix, only it took them about 4! Do you know how hard it is to keep a toddler occupied for 4 hours! Get to pick up the vehicle and was told there was a charge for this service because now it is conveniently NOT covered under warranty.
