My son bought a vehicle a few months ago. Now he has some questions and has called repeatedly and no one will return his call! Today they transferred him to who he wanted to speak with and they answered and then hung up when he told them who he was! Also he has not received his plates for the truck and the paper plates expired the 14th. When they are trying to sell you something they won’t leave you alone but as soon as you buy it they ignore you!! I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!!

RecommendedExcellent customer service! Eric ran us through the numbers in detail of the new and used Grand Cherokees and prices were all very clear. We shopped around a bit at different dealerships and were enticed by a few different offers but the feel from their service just wasn't right. RecommendedI had a great experience buying my new F150 from Wickstrom. Rae Smith and Ryan Dicken were courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly very responsive. They were patient with me as I maneuvered through the decision making process, but responded right away when I emailed or called with a question or request.
