Rude staff (2 ladies) don’t even acknowledge the customers (hello, goodbye, very basic). Looks like they are annoyed to have customers in their shop.

After a bad day, to tip me over the edge my Apple Watch band snapped, purchased only a month ago. I thought it wouldn’t be an issue most places offer an exchange for the same item after all I’m not asking for money back. This was not the case.
