Rude staff (2 ladies) don’t even acknowledge the customers (hello, goodbye, very basic). Looks like they are annoyed to have customers in their shop.
Amazing Experience! I had my ear piercing done here and I couldn’t be happier! The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. After a bad day, to tip me over the edge my Apple Watch band snapped, purchased only a month ago. I thought it wouldn’t be an issue most places offer an exchange for the same item after all I’m not asking for money back. This was not the case. If I could give no stars I could the manager there was rude and gave disgusting customer service. I am a retail manager myself and I left speechless. Off the bat I was asking about the exchange policy and was met with sass. Terrible customer service I was the one customer in the store so I was shocked. They don’t want to make sales and don’t want to work
