After a bad day, to tip me over the edge my Apple Watch band snapped, purchased only a month ago. If I could give no stars I could the manager there was rude and gave disgusting customer service. I am a retail manager myself and I left speechless. Off the bat I was asking about the exchange policy and was met with sass. Terrible customer service I was the one customer in the store so I was shocked. They don’t want to make sales and don’t want to work
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The way the staff talk to customers is very disrespectful, so rude and the attitude is terrible. Dont come back again.
Denied a refund on an accessory still in its original packaging from date of purchase. Illegal and against the Australian consumer law. Their piercing procedures also breach most safety and hygiene standards for other businesses.
