Alright, lets start, Lovisa firstly isnt a nice jewellery store. They use lies and deception to get customers to buy their highly expensive jewellery which doesnt last at minimum 2 weeks, Lovisa is a big scam and fraud. I was out shopping and i entered the store and roamed around looking at rings (i was looking at the pink ones around the back) and keep checking the price tags because they seem to always be replacing the price, if it doesnt sell for 30 it goes to around 17. I was excited find this place for water resistant rings and necklaces,i spent $200 thinking they will last at least few months as the sales Rep and the assitant manager assured me too. In 1 week the necklace color changed and my money was wasted. Such a scam and rip off .Be aware,nothing is water resistant,just higher prices for designs maybe!

This store used deception to get my email address in order to send me marketing emails. I told her I didn’t want emails and she said it was the only way to get a receipt. I reluctantly typed it in. Now, I’m on their list and they sent multiple emails in a day. I’ll unsubscribe but need people to know the staff will lie in order to meet their goals.

I got a piercing from this place. First of all, it was not professional at all. And somehow after even using their after piercing solution, I still got an infection and the piercing closed. NEVER GETTING PIERCING DONE FROM THEM EVER AGAIN !!!!!!
