Great bargain Jewlery
My wife had an awful experience here the other day. The staff don’t seem to care much for customer service.
I’m a little bit shocked to see any bad reviews of this store! I literally love this store. I am not sure of her name but my receipt says it’s Tania who is a salesperson there who is so nice and friendly (she has cute tattoos and a charm necklace). She made me feel so happy about my jewelry purchase. I find the quality of the jewelry to be incredibly good for the price point. I love all the different designs. I would recommend this store to anyone!!!
6/17/2025. $35 wasted. I asked the cashier if ALL earrings in a sealed set had their own flat back, she said “yes” so I bought it. I opened the set at home to see only 1 of the earrings had a flat back. They refused a refund. Do not shop here where the staff refuse to take responsibility and want to make a sale.
I've always liked this store and their staff, they have some gorgeous peices at really affordable prices. So I was really disappointed when one of the managers was super rude to one customer who was talking to another about piercings and simply said it was better to have it done with a needle vs a gun and gave a reccomendation. She didn't make a big deal out of it or shout it or talk about how awful this store was and how no one should ever get pierced there.
