I got my ears pierced here today by the store manager, Naomi. She is WONDERFUL! The store was so so busy and she was so nice and helpful to each and every customer and had so much patience. She made sure I was happy with the positioning of the piercing before she went ahead with it and offered her thoughts and expertise. We need more Naomi’s in the world!!! Thank you!

Visited from Canada on 02/22/25 @ 17:01. The Black American lady (so sorry I didn’t ask for your name) was very sweet. From the moment I walked in the store she immediately greeted me. I had a lot of questions and she was happy to help. She even gave me some opinions about jewelry. I’m leaving this review for her. We had a really good conversation. I hope I can visit soon and get to see her again.

I just bought 4 pairs of cute earrings for only $15! They have an amazing collection in the store. Mostly importantly they’re good with quality and customer service 🫶🏻💕 the African American lady who helped was great with her service skills.
