Very Poorly made jewelry and store. Both pieces i got were defective off the box and couldn’t even return the items in the store, what a joke. Not cheap either thats the other part, incredible how are these people even in business!? Joke of a store…0 STARS!!! Do NOT SHOP here!!!
I had very disappointing experience at this jewelry shop. There were no signs posted anywhere stating that customers are not allowed to try on jewelry. Naturally, I tried on a pair of earrings, and the manager immediately approached me in a very arrogant manner, saying I wasn’t allowed to try them and that I would have to pay for it. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!! I really wish I had read the reviews before going into the store. Which I always look at reviews and I didn’t this time because it was in the mall. One of the previous reviews stated that this place is overpriced and it’s cheap jewelry and at this place is not good about returns.
