Amazing customer service from the beginning all the way to the end! The staff working tonight was so amazing very friendly and I will recommend that every go get your ear and or nose piercings!! I’ll recommend you go to the store over the one Ala Moana location as this location is far more customer service friendly and serves us locals.
I would like to give a BIG MAHALO to the two workers that were there on Valentine’s Day (02/14/26). This a late review, but finally got time to make this. This shop and the staff are AMAZING! The shop was clean and the vibe was 10/10! The customer service 1000/10. My family and I was at Claires this day to ask about nose piercings because we figure that every location was different. Staff was not very friendly. Felt like I was a burden to receive help.
Went to get my ears pierced by Kanoe and she was incredible! Love her energy and enthusiasm, give this girl a raise!!!
