Does not open when advertised to open. Wasted 20 minutes waiting this morning.
I was about to buy some earrings. The Indian girl working there was busy on the phone , probably busy with her boyfriend. Took a long time to serve me . I had to ask her to serve me . Ya right if you are busy and give more priority to your mobile phone , you better stay home . Someone else can do your job . We are also busy people and have no time for your attitude. Someone nice and hardworking can replace you .
Lovisa use to be my favourite place to buy jewellery.no matter which store you go girls always welcome you and talk to you and ask if you need help. But today I went to southern cross store couple of INDIAN girls standing behind counter, none of the customers were existing to them. Went to counter to pay for my things, both of them were rude as anything music was loud like you have entered into a club.they don’t even ask for a bag if I need one. Lovisa, your staff need some training specially INDIAN ons.

Come in here often to get last minute jewellery for events. Staff are some of the rudest I’ve encountered. No help and won’t say anything while your purchasing.
