I just had my cat groomed here and I could not be happier! He’s a large (18+ lb), long haired cat and needed a shave desperately. She had my cat Zeus in and out in an hour and it was the best shave he’s ever had! I highly recommend their grooming salon, I will definitely be bringing Zeus back!

What a wonderful feeling when I first walked in the door! Clean, inviting, friendly, and such great products and displays. My dogs were even welcomed! Jessica groomed our two dogs who are normally a wreck when they go to the groomers, when I came to pick them up, they didn't want to leave because they love her! They both looked GREAT and were so happy! We left with treats and a smile on our faces! Highly recommended! Best pet store in Southern Utah, for sure!

Quality food and treats, expert advice on the best choices for your pet, experienced trained employees who can help with food allergies and direct in the right direction. Love the self serve grooming stations and now they have full service grooming. And if that weren’t enough...Rescue KITTENS for adoption in a fun relaxing room!
What's not to love? Product, staff, knowledge, patrons...it has it all! This should be a franchise!

I have visited the store several times and it is a pet-lovers heaven. This last visit was for an adoption event and I was impressed by how they set up all the cages and crates so that you could easily see all the animals and access to the store areas weren't blocked. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there isn't much by the was of merchandise for cat fanatics. It you are a dog fan, though, you will have plenty to choose from.

I had been a loyal customer, however, today is the last day I'll ever frequent this business. Apparently money rather than pets, has become the priority...I tried to return a product that was not working for my pet and they don't do returns anymore on anything that has been opened. Go to Bone Appétit it is more pet and customer related as well as friendlier. They truly care about the pet and their service...
