Lovin’ Arms Pet Center is so great. You can’t help but smile every time you walk through the door, it feels like Christmas in there. All. Year. Long. It’s a breath of fresh air! The staff is very well informed on the dietary needs of my pets, and they greet me and Pookie THE SECOND we walk in the door, every time without fail! Me and my dog Blue love this place! He gets to play with other dogs, pick out his toys, and get so much love from all the people that work there! They are super helpful with whatever questions you have, & probably the best staff I ever got to know! 5 out of 5 stars!

Your store and staff are AMAZING! Last week I overheard a customer asking if the store sold dog muzzles or shock collars, because his dog "barked all the time." I could not believe it! But the nice person working there explained to the customer about training options, positive reinforcement, and humane treatment, in a really professional and positive manner. I was so impressed. Way to go!!!!

Wonderful place, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, I really like to give my dog a bath there, because the tubs are up high. They provide all the supplies needed, and not rushed, because there is no time limit
