Tried doing business with this business but ignored repeatedly when I could've been given a reason or response. Looking forward to hearing back so I can update my review.
We book the apartment 1203 for three nights at the end of October. We never received the key FOB to open the parking, Gym, and all the security doors (building and elevators). He just provided ONE key to open the actual apartment door. It was extremely annoying and a hassle going down to the front desk to ask the guards or any other person around to open the security doors for us.
