Never had a company disrespect me or my time as much as these guys. Had a Wednesday appointment for afternoon, they came at 4:50pm which is of course still afternoon but after 30 minutes tech said he didn't have the part and I'd have to reschedule and sorry but he had another call and had to leave. We had an almost blocked sewer line to the street. I called Love in the afternoon and asked if they could help. Yes sir she said. "We can send someone later today". The lady called later that afternoon when it was getting close to sundown. She asked "can we still send someone"? I said sure but it's near dark. Shortly after that I had a call from Ryan ********* telling me that he was on the way. Jacob H. came to my home in a timely fashion after I reported a toilet leak. After checking out the bathroom, he went under the house to make sure there wasn't a problem. He came back into the house, turned on all the faucets, in addition to the washing machine and again flushed the toilet several times. After informing me of his diagnosis and instructions on what to do, he charged me only for a service call and told me to get in touch any time of the day or night if the problem happened again.
