From the first person I talked to - to the last, this was a wonderful experience. I called early in the morning and they had someone at my house within the hour. Brandon came out to look at a fan/light fixture that was putting off a burning smell. He could not replicate the issue, but was very helpful, kind and considerate in how he explained everything. We had water dripping from an upstairs ceiling. Gene Love had a technician at our house within an hour. Chong was super! Very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. Problem was quickly fixed. I highly recommend Gene Love and their technician, Chong! Will be calling them if I have any future plumbing, heating or air problems!

Brandon M came to our house to diagnose a low voltage problem: A/C, water heater, stove, and dryer were not working after return from a vacation in July 2017. He quickly discovered that one leg of our incoming power was missing and called the power company for us. Power company got here just as he was leaving with a temporary fix; made a permanent fix the next morning. Problem was fixed less than 24 hours after Brandon arrived.

The electrician from Love did an excellent job installing a fire alarm and fixing a ceiling fan. He was very efficient and courteous, and completed the work in less time than I expected, which I appreciated. He was also very prompt on arrival.
