I needed an outlet installed for my stove. Love sent Brandon to perform the work. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He did the work, explained and tested the new outlet. He cleaned up the work area. I will call Love for any services I have in the future.

JC H***** responded to a call about a plumbing problem with my toilet. He was here in relatively short order - very pleasant and knowledgable. He repaired the problem, but described a couple of other things that could be done regarding the high water pressure at my house which can cause this type of problem. He gave me estimates and full descriptions of what needed to be done long term to prevent future problems. He was extremely nice and patient with me as he explained everything! I needed a new gas line installed for a gas stove. Called Love and was helped immediately by Tammy with making an appointment. Received a call and email on day of appointment to confirm. Jacob H arrived, assessed my need, gave a price for the project. I accepted the price and he started work immediately. I needed to have a 240 electrical plug downgraded into a 120 for the purpose of a new range installation. the technician was very polite and courteous. He assessed my situation and provided me with all alternatives to perform the right procedure. I was really impressed with his knowledge and appreciated his recommendations for this job. He was informative as to what he was doing and why, and demonstrated respect for my home with the potential mess created during the application. I would definitely use this service again.
