We requested Love to come out and unstop our drain in the upstairs bathroom. The plumber who came said that in order to do the job he would need to access the line by cutting our ceiling open. He even suggested he might need to run a line to our septic system, which isn't even in use as we are on city sewer and water. The plumber quoted us a price of $2000-$3000 to do the work. Cody came to help me with a problem I had with a leakage under my kitchen sink. He showed me what the problem was and fixed it. He was very polite and courteous and before leaving he asked if there was anything else he could assist me with. I have been with Love Plumbing for many years and they always come through for me.
Matt came to our home to repair out AC unit. Matt arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. we spoke about a complete change out of the unit in our home due to the age. he took all the needed info and told us he would have a quote to us the next day. when he returned he came with another person to fully understand what we needed. they were both very knowledgeable about what was needed and explained several options. we are looking forward to the options being sent to us and working with Love to have o... read more

While we have had many troubles with our units that were installed last year I would like to say John S was awesome. He showed up when he said he would and went to great lengths to fix every problem we had. He made what looked like bad install into what looks like a perfect install. As long as the units perform as promised this guy gets an A++. He was very thorough in his inspection of all the units and his maintenance of said units.
