Was in contact with Billy regarding a Chevy SS which they had an appointment lined up for the next day we agreed if they didn’t pick it up I would have first pick to vehicle. Offered a down payment to secure vehicle after there appointment didn’t take vehicle they said they would take payment following day since there accounting office was closed already. I called Love Chevrolet early on a Saturday morning; my battery was in need of being replaced. I spoke with Patricia "Trish" in advising; she was able to get me seen the same day. Zero complaints, the item was not overpriced, and they also performed a recall on my vehicle while it was in service. I waited approximately a half hour.

Danny the service guy was extremely helpful and pleasant. Darren also gets a thumbs for making sure the price stayed as quoted (which they tried to charge me more at first).

I had an oil change done by Love Chevrolet rather than doing it myself for once. I ended up saving a little money as well! Very fast service from the start (set an appointment) and the employees in service were awesome!
