My service advisor Bobby not only took the time to listen to the issue I was having, he explained it to the tech. As an added measure, he brought the tech in just to make sure that what I had explained to him was accurate. The tech Mark, took the time to get under the truck , check all the components for signs of the issue, and took the truck for a ride to see if it was there. Mark then researched the data base to see if there were similar issues with other vehicles.

Just had our 2019 Traverse 30,000 mile Service Performed at Love's and couldn't be happier with Everyone ! Danny, Our Service Advisor was Sooo Helpful and Knowledgeable about what we needed to maintain our Warranty for Life (that we didn't know !) Thank You All for a Wonderful Experience !

They knew my husband was headed to buy a truck and it was sold when we got there and they wouldn’t even admit it. They tried to say they had another truck Incase that one didn’t come in when all along the sales woman’s name was in their dry erase board with the truck description and the one she sold them to. Very unprofessional and dishonest!!!!
