I went in a coupon weeks ago for an oil change ( I was at 23%) they were running behind (it happens-no big deal) but I had plans so I couldn’t hang around. Danny gave me his card told me to call back and reschedule so I did. Saturday’s work beat for me due to my work schedule. There he was again explaining everything to me and how I most likely needed an alignment due to the lift, big wheels, and bigger tires. Came in for service because of the check engine light. They quickly identified the issue and Trish Pralle, my service coordinator, informed me of the estimated cost and time. She and the service department were spot on with both and even a shorter wait time. I left as a very happy customer!
I had my car in there for the same issue 2 times so far and now two day’s after being serviced I am having the same issue for a 3rd time in two weeks. Bobby there is great and so is Rafael. Hoping the 3rd time is a charm!
Sorry customer service. It would help if you were to greet customers outside with an offer of help rather than having them come inside asking for help. Especially if they called and said they were on their way to see a specific car. It would also help if the salesman knew something about the car.
