I literally can't get a hold of them ??? Like it's been months and they WILL NOT respond to my calls
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews and I won’t lie, they almost stopped me from getting the help I need. I had my first appointment today I LOVED the doctor and his MA. So kind and caring. I truly felt heard and seen for the first time in a long time when it comes to my migraines. He has a great holistic approach as well and I absolutely love that. I highly recommend Dr. Erlemeier!! Thank you for your help today!
Not good when you can't even get a call back to schedule your appointment. Left 3 messages for that referral girl whose voicemail says she will call you back at her convenience, which apparently is NEVER! Called back 3 more times asked for office manager, left message on her voicemail and nothing! NOTHING! Crickets!! Do not use this place. I feel bad as the doctor may be good but the inept people he has working for him will cause him terrible reviews.
Very disappointed i schedule this appointment 6 months ago they called me the day before to confirm my appointment and i said yes but then never gave me the address and i forgot to ask so the day of the appointment called the office 10 mins before 8am before they opened so i can figure out where the office is and no answer until 8:05 then i ask the lady where the office is and she told me over the phone that i need to hurry up or they wouldn't be able to see me after she told me where it was. when i was trying to find it i w... read more
